Zoladex injections
I am getting zoladex injections to eliminate any other cause of my symptoms and it has helped with the excruciating
pain
! But as well as having all of the side effects of the menopause which has been a real struggle…I’m still getting a lot of
pain
from sex.

please help
I get random bursts of
pain
that last around 30 mins, I can only describe them as what I would imagine a contraction to feel like. I have severe cramping which makes me doubled over in
pain
, can’t get comfy, can’t even breathe away the
pain
and sometimes end up being sick purely due to the
pain
.

Shoulder/neck
I still have some shoulder and neck
pain
upon awakening, but it normally gets better a few hours after taking my pred. Does the fact that I am still having
pain
mean I should increase my dosage? Are you all totally
pain
free before you reduce your dosage or is morning
pain
expected?

Watching TV with Fibro pain.
Hi everyone. I have fibro and osteoarthritis. My question is. Does anyone have any suggestions for me on how to make my back more supported while sitting on the sofa for more than an hour? The pillows and cushions I have tried do not help. I also bought a backrest you would use on a desk chair. I returned

Participant Recruitment - impact of male dominated medicine on female chronic pain
The researcher is interested in how female experiences of chronic
pain
are often characterised by dismissal and undermining. They are looking for UK based women with a history of chronic
pain
or illness who would be willing to partake in an interview about their experiences.

Pain Post exercise after Heart Attack,
🙂Hi, I had a heart attack back in September,(Stent 1 fitted to right collapsed artery) and later (3 weeks later) 2 overlapping stents to my left artery. when I exercise with weights (light ones), I seem ok, and when I walk short (10 minutes) periods I feel fine. I have confusion due to indigestion
