hip pain
hi I’m on week 7 of couch to 5k but had to stop this week due to severe hip
pain
, I feel gutted, seeing a physio tomorrow and hoping I don’t have to stop running, I really love it. Anyone else had this? I am 43, never ran in the past and I am 3 stone overweight which I am working on.

Painful knee
Hi, I've recently joined this forum. I started doing the couch to 5k in November. Finding it quite hard as rather out of condition but I persevered. I'm on week 5 now, though I have missed a few runs due to Christmas and New year. I've also for that reason stuck to run 1 for the last few times. However

Burning pain in thigh
last night I woke with a sharp burning
pain
in my thigh, it felt like a hot knife. As I went to move my leg it spasms and
pain
became intense. This lasted for about 20 mins. Even today I still get the odd niggling
pain
again feeling hot. Does anyone have any ideas ? Thanks

Liver pain
I read that the stabbing
pain
means the disease is progressing, but all of my doctors say the liver doesn’t have
pain
. Confused.?!

Lower left Abdo Pain
For the past 2 weeks I’ve had this constant and recurring
pain
in my lower left abdomen since my last period. It seems to worsen after I eat or if I sit down for longer than 20 minutes. This
pain
can radiate to my sides, back and down my legs.

Tummy pain after laparoscopy
how long the pelvic
pain
lasts or lasted for anyone who’s had a laparoscopy? I still have
pain
across the middle of my tummy & particularly on my left side. It’s still uncomfortable getting up & down, but I can feel pressure
pain
all the time.

Post Menopausal Fibroids
Pelvic
pain
is constant, often severe. My HRT has been switched to Tibolone which I am told will not ‘feed’ the fibroids. I am waiting for an NHS gynae referral appointment which will not be anytime soon as there is a huge waiting list. Until then, I’m using painkillers to control the

SCS Thearapy for pain
I have been on Fentynal for two months now and it does not relieve the
pain
in my fractured vertebrae. Now the dr wants to put this in my back. Two wires and a battery. I’m not sure about this at all. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Hugs!!

steroid injection for back pain with pain team?
I was put on gabapentin for 2.5 years which I have tapered off because I’m not sure the problem was nerve
pain
and the mri scan shows a buldging disc and two discs without fluid however I was advised I didn’t need surgery. It’s been 3 years of very limited mobility,
pain
& mental struggles.

anticoagulants-or not..
I have read a number of articles which I think say that the protocol for when to add to the CHaDs s score for prescribing anticoagulants with AF was based on patients who were very obviously symptomatic whereas many newer patients have fewer symptoms and discover AF through smart watches / other devices

Lack of pain meds
My Gp says these are the
pain
clinic s instructions. I agreed to do it as well what choice did I have? They would stop prescribing . I guess I have to suck it up. But it doesn't improve my sleep or
