Check if the biopsies need to be redone. I am not a doctor, but I don't think morphine is what you need. You need to see a good gastroenterologist and find out what is going on.

Morphine can make you sick. Plus make you constipated. Sounds like you could have a virus but I would speak to your GP. I had something similar last weekend

I think you need some help here. You need to speak to a doctor. As xjrs said, ring NHS 111 for advice. I have found them very helpful myself.

Your biggest immediate danger is dehydration if you can't keep enough fluids down. It doesn't sound like much but can be dodgy. You may even need to go on a fluids IV drip. If that happens, they might also put an anti-emetic in the drip.

My best wishes and I hope you can get some help a.s.a.p.

I don't know if you can manage Spring Water or mineral water, because it would do you more good. It has electrolytes in it, Sodium, Magnesium, Potassium etc.

Hyponatremia (low salt in the body) can also cause nausea among other things. You could also try a tiny lick of salt now and again.

I also don't know if you could manage some sweetness in it, but if you can, then try some honey or sugar too (not artificial sweeteners)

It is even possible some of your lightheadedness and nausea could be caused by low blood glucose, and it's escalated to be a catch-22 situation.

Don't slug it down of course, just sip a bit here and there, and keep going doing that, a sip at a time.

Drinking plain water (tap water) is just going to keep flushing all those electrolytes out of you, and could maybe be making how you feel worse?

Not what you're looking for?
