Gallstones and pain

I've been on omeprazole for years due to reflux, I have also had intermittent severe pain in right side of abdomen and it gets so severe I can't breathe in I'm sick constantly got stomach cramps etc I take pain relief for another condition however when I get these attacks of pain my regular medication is useless. Yesterday I had an ultrasound which showed gallbladder was constricted around multiple gallstones? The radiographer who done my scan also checked my spleen which was normal thankfyand my liver. My stomach was also restricted? And she could not fully view? My GP called today and advised I need surgery. I don't know how long the current wait is but I can't go on much longer with these painful episodes xx

sounds like stomach isn’t working .

I don’t understand taking anti acid for acid reflux .

Firstly lay on the left side , this will hold acid within the stomach .

Second you have acid reflux because of not ENOUGH acid to breakdown food .

Eat meals without fluid , hydrate pre or post food .

This will help maintain acid levels to which you are low on .

Dont eat 2.5 hours before bed

Consume more water and pre / pro biotic

!! This will remove pain and get bacteria to correct levels ( working stomach ) .

Try Thai massage and Thai green curry .
