Poor Circulation- does anyone else have this issue?
I had a CRT
pacemaker
implanted in October 2019 and I take a variety of meds. The Cardiac GP has been changing my meds. I started off on Bisoprolol and had a couple of others I can’t remember now and have been on Nebivolol for a while starting at 10mg. These changes did not help.

Permanent Pacemaker problem
I had a cardiac
pacemaker
implanted on 22.2.2000. I have a yearly check up every year and till recently missed something important and all these years suffered in silence. I went to see cardiologist privately because i could not get to see one as face to face consultation on NHS.

Hopefully a happy new year for all
My brother had bladder cancer, colon cancer due to his diet and alcohol abuse, 3 stints, 3 minor strokes that led to losing his sight in one eye and now a
pacemaker
/fribulator to control his heartbeat.

Pacemaker and running
Had a
pacemaker
fitted last week, thought I was doing well as when I ran my heart rate didn't go up above 77 bpm, but apparently not correct, now I am back, don't want to restart c25k, so started by walking until the wound has healed then will see how far I can manage by Jeffing it, my walking is up

Workings of pacemaker
Just had something "switched on" on my
pacemaker
to help with sob and ankle swelling. Where can I read up on such settings please?

AV NODE ABLATION
It has been recommended to me by Cardiologist but means the
pacemaker
takes over the role of keeping me alive.

Pacemaker for control of fast heart rate
Does anyone had a
pacemaker
fitted to control a my fast heart rate at times. I thought pacemakers were only suitable for people with a slow heart rate. But cardiology at Stoke are recommending fitting one for my intermittent fast heart rate? Any advice would be welcome. Thank you.

AF. Not sure what to expect?
Today in my
pacemaker
check up doctors said I have AF. Dont really know what's next. Have to wait to see my cardiologist. I'm on bisoprolol. Horrible tablets. Hate taking them. So many side effects. Dont know if my meds will have to change now.

Pacemaker Check questions
Hi My most recent
pacemaker
check was done remotely and I heard nothing (just a letter telling me it was about to happen). I asked my GP surgery for a copy of the report and of course it is mainly gibberish to the layman. A couple of things stood out; What does an Atrial Burden of 96% indicate?

PAF changing experiences
He says if he has to put me back on Bisop I will have to have a
pacemaker
fitted. I am on day 5 of 5 mg Bisop. I had an AF episode yesterday. It lasted 10 hours and converted with only the faintest head rush. Neither my BP nor HR has changed so far. Sorry for the rant!

Pace & Ablate
Had a
pacemaker
fitted 6 weeks ago, activated to 80 - 120 one week ago, original problem AF which followed by two ablations which were unsuccessful. Three days ago I passed out, only for a few seconds, so off to A&E. ECG, bloods, BP sitting down then again standing up, more bloods. All ok.

Coping....
Hi, I'm new here..my biggest problem is back in Nov I was diagnosed with...LVSD, bundle branch block, AF, enlarged heart, pericarditis and myocarditis, I had a CRTD
pacemaker
fitted, which went off inappropriately 18times in 2hours and now I'm being referred for either a transplant or LVAD.
