Hi everyone and thank you for letting me join In March i was not feeling good phoned for Ambulance and that is all i remember (but my husband has filled me in but still don' remember much ) Hospital put me into an induced coma for 8 days as i had an heart attack fluid on the lungs, sepsis delirium they had to fit a temporary pacemaker on my neck also a stent, they had to put me into the induced coma as my body was in panic and shock Doctors told husband they didn't think i would pull through, was in Hospital for 2 months had to learn to walk again but after being home had to return as i couldn't breath one night so hospital gave me another tablet to take a water tablet all ok then had to return for another stent but instead no stent what they did was a 2 hour maintenance through my rist it was so painful still don't understand this? bit been home now for 3 months all going well telephone appointment with the follow up from the cardio team was fine and the last call they said they would now discharge me all was well Since then times i'm ok but then i can suddenly get so out of breath and have to sit down i know i will get good and bad days but do any of you feel like this and is it normal For myself i don't remember much not even having the heart attacks so i don't know what they or i should feel like Hope you are all having good days x

Sounds as if you have had a rough time, but you are still here! Many of us have had variations on what you have been through, and it is a real shock to the system. The only advice I can offer is put it behind you, and follow the advice you are given on medication and activities. Many people come out healthier than they were before.We know how you feel, and wish you well.

You have really been through it. I would ask nicely if they don't discharge you just yet. Once discharged, the only way back in is via the GP or A&E.

richard_jw Hi They have already discharged me as i was doing really well But my Dr will refer me back if needed Thanks for reply
