Pacemaker

Hello everyone.My cardiologist has recommended I upgrade my 2 lead pacemaker to a 3 lead bi ventricular pacemaker to synchronise the ventricles. Has anyone else had this done and if so what was your experience.?

Hi, I had a pacemaker fitted 10 days ago and have just taken the dressings of. I have a large lump around the incision, it's not swollen or painful . Is it something that will go naturally or that I will have to get use to?

This has affected my heart resulting in Syncope episode and now have a pacemaker fitted.

We now have a monitor which connects to the pacemaker next to the bed which then connects to the hospital by mobile signal, miracles of modern electronics!

Hi, have a two lead pacemaker at present and had issues from day one, 26 months since I am due to have a upgrade to a biventricular pacemaker due to heart failure.Also in AF and a cardioversion maybe planned after I have the biventricular pacemaker inserted.

Head mri scan if you are pacemaker dependent I have had two answers, one says yes, the other says no. Pacemaker biventricular one,Awaiting answers from cardio team. Viewsappreciated

I am 38 and currently on a waiting list for a leadless pacemaker and I just wanted to see if there is anyone on here who has had one and how they are getting on with it :) Also just wondered about how things were at the procedure.
