Sotalol and vitamin D3?
Do any of you any knowledge concerning possible interference between Sotalol and vitamin D3? I asked our cardiologist who just "make a face" asked what is it and just finished conversation. I do not ask you for ADVICE just for your opinion , if you have any. I do not have ANYBODY to consult with

I'm new here, but not new to PMR
It's encouraging to me to hear how you all are coping with PMR. My 1st bout with PMR was 13 years ago, I was in my mid 50's. Pretty much text book case....on steroids for two years. This time starting, 15 months ago and starting taking prednisone since April last year. Taking the usual, AA and Adcal-D3

I'm a bit concerned about some of the other low results (including TSH) and would welcome your feedback. Although my doctor

Vitamin D3 deficiency
I've just had Dr on phone telling me I am Vitamin D deficient. He said my levels were under the NHS lab of 30 (which he says is their range for deficient) and they didn't even register. He is prescribing me 3200 D3, which after reading posts on here, I feel is not enough. I asked him if I should take

What would you do?
Brothers: Two pelvic lymph nodes, tumor burden in one, was 2.7cm, in the other it was 2.5cm. Now, one year later, with only 150mg daily of casodex monotherapy, both nodes have been reduced to 1.6cm. PSA one year ago was 105; now it is 6.7 I am thinking of adding Advodart and monitoring the two nodes

Hello again, well I've discovered that after over 20 years as Hyopthyroid I'm a Hashi body. I took the results to GP who then ran her own. I've had thyroxine upped to 125 from 100. I've had the loading doses of B12 and am now taking the following supplements. Thorne basic b. Vitamin d3 5000 with k2

What should I ask for?
I will try to keep this short! I was diagnosed with B12 deficiency in March 2016, had 6 loading doses (which worked fantastically for five weeks), begged my doctor for more, wrote a letter to the practice citing guidelines, etc, got nowhere, so started self injecting every other day in June. Lots of

Chemo while low PSA
Dear brothers, I need some advise/ opinions! I feel I am at a crossroads of sorts. Maybe I even have an opportunity! So thinking 'out-of-the-box' I am considering doing chemo before what would be considered normal standard of care. I have managed to drive my PSA down to 1.1 and in light of
