When I wrote my last post I was so full of hope and felt happy again. I had forgotten what that was like! However, my original Dr. has overruled my new Dr. and once again I am getting no help or support and I am feeling so depressed. I have had 3 day's where the pain has been unbearable and yesterday

I am making this article just to vent a little bit. I’m 34 years old with severe RLS chronic in my legs in arms , I don’t have augmentation I never used DAs. I have tried every drug I know there is no cure little no treatment and the side effects from opiates are horrible. I really have no life anymore

Opioid use for rls
I wonder if anyone has experience or knowledge about the use of a variety of opioids for rls in the short run, I.e. using a different one each time to avoid addiction or dependency. Over a week I might use Tramadol twice, OxyContin once or twice and the same with Hydromorphone. Never twice in a row and

RLS After Broken Femur
My sister recently broke her femur and had an op to affix steel and screws. She was given low dose Oxycontin as pain relief. She is now 8 weeks post op and is off Oxycontin but for the first time in her life, now has severe RLS. I knew this happened when withdrawing from opioids but it hasn't settled

Pain Clinic for RLS
Hi, How many of you go to a pain management clinic for your RLS treatment ? The neurologists/ sleep doctors here are outdated and just not ready to listen. On the other hand, I'm not sure if pain clinics are aware of RLS or managing it. But since the long term treatment is low dose opioids, I figure
