Pembrolizimumab after Olaparib - ICI after PARPi + BAT
There are very good results, it seems that prolonged use of
Olaparib
upregulates PD-L1 to a high extent. Has anybody tried Pembro after
Olaparib
? https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7585736/

Olaparib - how long to get used to it
Hi allI've been taking
Olaparib
for just under a month now. I don't have terrible side-effects but am often tired and nauseous. (I'm on my second anti-nausea medication and can try others and may be considering lowering the
Olaparib
dose.)

Clinical Trial with Abemaciclib and Olaparib
Hey Queens! I am reaching out to see if anyone is participating in this clinical trial. I am having a hard time deciding if this is a “favorable” option for me. I’d love to get some type of feedback from an actual patient. It’s fairly new, so any findings seem impossible to come by. Also, I’

NHS agrees to roll out Olaparib (Lynparza) April 2023.
The drug,
olaparib
(Lynparza®), targets cancers with mutations in the BRCA genes, and works by stopping cancer cells from being able to repair their DNA by blocking a molecule called PARP, which causes the cancerous cells to die.

could olaparib raise LDL cholesterol?
While I am adjusting my diet further to reduce carbs and move to millets/more plant based food, I wonder if
olaparib
can cause it. I checked with my oncologist after the test, he thought hard and said gf will come back. Don't see any online literature calling it out.

Any experience with fever please?
Treatments have been RPT in 15, 1st line ADT, RT to prostatic bed in 19, enzalutamide, 6 cycles Docetaxel ending Jan 23,
Olaparib
until April, currently on Aberaterone. PSA jumped from 2.8 July 22 to 729 March 23. It seems Chemo and
Olaparib
weren’t effective.

Where do I go from here?
Straight on to Avastin plus
Olaparib
(HRD negative). No more cancer in lymph nodes but slight progression in main abdominal tumour. 5 rounds of Carboplatin before progression. 2 rounds of Caelyx. Progression of size of tumour more than 20% so told Caelyx isn’t working.

Moving on...to olaparib
.: could I have
olaparib
at the same time as cabazitaxel or docetaxel (with or without carboplatin)? Or would it be better to go with
olaparib
alone as soon as possible?
