There are very good results, it seems that prolonged use of Olaparib upregulates PD-L1 to a high extent.

It appears that many therapies when used in conjunction with BAT yield potential results. BAT stresses the cancer. By adding an additional agent, it possibly increases the effectiveness. Now include an adaptive approach and lasting responses may be achieved. Who knows.
