Endometrial thickness - will cycle get cancelled?
I couldn't have a fresh transfer because of OHSS risk (my
oestrogen
went too high). It's a natural cycle following a withdrawal bleed after egg collection and a period. I've just had a scan and I'm really despondent that my lining is only 5mm on day 10.

Micronized Progesterone - Does it do anything?
I started taking HRT a while ago and I felt was all over the place, sometimes on top of the world. sometimes awful - it took me a lot longer than it ought to have done to figure out that in the 2 weeks that I take
Oestrogen
only I'm amazing, and when I take Utrogestan with
Oestrogen
I can barely function

it was my first positive test after 5 transfers 😢 I presumed I would stop taking
oestrogen
and progesterone straight away but my clinic advised to keep taking them until repeat bloods a week later. I have already started reducing the amounts I take and stopped clexane.

high oestrogen before EC - advice
My egg collection is tomorrow. Clinic did my bloods yesterday and said it was high at 19,400 so they gave me a different trigger injection. The appointment was really rushed and there was no chance to ask any questions so hoping some peeps on here can help… Is this level super high? Should I be preparing

Help with bloods
My bloods have come back and I wondered if anyone could look at these and tell me if they can see anything else in them besides my
oestrogen
& progesterone being low.

Vaginal pessaries
I realise I need to discuss all this with a doctor but so far I have been unable to arrange a consultation to discuss pessaries, local
oestrogen
, etc. I feel as if I am being fobbed off at every turn.

🔥 Hot Topic – Endometriosis and Menopause
During the perimenopause and menopause, the body produces lower levels of
oestrogen
until eventually the ovaries stop producing
oestrogen
altogether.
Oestrogen
is a hormone that stimulates and feeds endometriosis, so for many people their endometriosis symptoms improve and may resolve completely.

Hormone specialist gynaecologist?
Hello everyone, Can anyone recommend a hormone specialist gynaecologist for suspected
oestrogen
dominance/PCOS? It's for my daughter who is 15, turning 16 in August. We suspect that this could be a factor and is perhaps keeping her FT3/FT4 levels low. It would need someone with an open mind.

Oestrogen only HRT
Does anyone have any experience of taking
oestrogen
only HRT after a partial hysterectomy? I've been recommended this,by a BSGE consultant, but didn't think that
oestrogen
only was a good option and now I'm really confused.

Was given Lectrozole because cancer linked to
oestrogen
. Had a bone density scan, results were Ostopenia, so given Alendronic Acid and calichew-D3. Is anybody else on these medications? Reading the articles on these forums is very helpful and informative.

Short antagonist FET protocol - when to add progesterone
I have had a successful FET previously in which I started
oestrogen
on day 1 of my period and had a scan on day 12 (lining was good at 7.5ish and trilaminar). After that I started progesterone on day 17, for 6 days before the transfer (on day 22).

Update after hysterectomy for adenomyosis
So far I haven't had a big emotional upheaval, though this may still be on the cards as the zoladex wears off and my body adjusts to the change from Tibolone to
oestrogen
patches. I've had the same mixture of small patches of anxiety or tearfulness, but maybe I've been kinder to myself about them.

Any red flags in these results or am I barking up wrong tree?
I have the Mirena fitted and am currently on 3 pumps
oestrogen
. My issue is that I am extremely fatigued and struggling to cope with the activities of a normal day and have been feeling this way for several months.
