Cerebellar Ataxia and eye problems
I have lots of problems with my eyes -
nystagmus
, oscilllopsia, double vision and aching eye muscles. Not to mention the headaches. It feels like my eye muscles are constantly pulling in opposite directions.

Dizziness and right sided numbness, no clear cause.
The whole thing was accompanied by severe
nystagmus
in both eyes (worse in the left), which has improved more that anything else. Neurology said it was an ENT issue, ENT said it was neurological. In the end they decided to treat me symptomatically. I have APS and SLE.

Has anyone had BPPV for more than 2 months?
So after a visit to the ENT today I was diagnosed with BPPV due to positions and
nystagmus
. The thing is mine has been slowly creeping up. I have had slight positional vertigo which has become substantially worse since April.

Anxiety from vertigo
My husband made me follow his finger and said, hmm, you have
nystagmus
. I asked him to do it again couple days later, it still there. He got mad at me and said there is nothing wrong with you. You have vestibular problem, just deal with it.

Neuro checkup appointment today
The
nystagmus
in my eyes that is the bain of my existence has for sure worsened. I'm wondering if it could be the new drug I'm on for incontinence. When I looked it up...sure enough...blurred vision can be one of the side effects.

How do your walking problems manifest with your fnd?
After I'm well rested, such as first thing, I simply waddle (with some balance issues which is I think related to
nystagmus
that I seem to have developed recently, and gets worse with tiredness).

Vision problems
I have noticed recently that I have problems looking to the edge if my vision, my eyes skip side to side (googling it, it looks like
nystagmus
), and when my eyes scan from side to side they move in a jerky way. It is much worse if I'm tired, and it triggers more body jerks when I do it.

Another newbie
He has dystonia (Botox injections in his arms to treat this caused a loss of fine motor skills in his hands),
nystagmus
, poor gait (people think he's drunk), mood swings... I'd be grateful for any advice and insight any of you have.

Interesting
I have horizontal Acquired
nystagmus
. Now we need to find out why?! I'm sure my Neuro has been on top of this. Yea, one step closer to diagnosis! I am in pain today but knowing I'm not crazy is such a relief. Stephanie

One more test....
It's for
nystagmus
which MS patients are found to have. So I am thinking that the Dr is gathering information on me to determine MS. Does anyone here have
nystagmus
? Other than spasms what else have you gone through with this diagnosis? Best wishes to all of you! Stephanie

Anyone else deal with nystagmus?
Nystagmus
is one of my daily companions and causes me all kinds of trouble. I'm wondering if any of you have it and have any tricks for coping with this annoying symptom.

Newbie: Possible episodic ataxia? Started only 3 weeks ago...
I had
nystagmus
at that time, which days later disappeared. On August 24th I noticed that my speech was slightly effortful, and I had difficulties in handwriting. I could not do the tongue twister like I normally do.
