! Discovering another person hiding inside of you , that is not very polite. This is my 6 th day and I must say, I was rocking it the first 5 days.....

Reset to Zero Monky
Just like previous occasions where I relapsed, I was long past the
nicotine
addiction
& I wasn't "craving" a cigarette. I only wanted something/anything that would calm the turbulence I was feeling.

Is Vaping just you still smoking kind of?
I understand stopping the
nicotine
addiction
is hard and opting to still have
nicotine
in your system by inhaling it threw vaper seems like a healthier option but nicotine is a poision and isn't ment to be in a humans system, so I say your still smoking and putting yourself at risk when your vaping,

New Pathways Part 7
If it were ALL about
nicotine
addiction
, we would all have gotten by with no more need than 5-6 cigarettes a day to satisfy our dwindling nicotine reserves, so why 20+ per day. 3.

I thought I'd better try to write something, We all know why were here, to give support to all those other poor souls who are battling
nicotine
addiction
. Nicotine's a strange drug, it doesn't do much for you really but it gets under your skin.

Nicotine patch
I saw a message that mentioned nicotine patches for pd. A French doctor had said it would help. I have lost the message. Could anyone out there tell me where it is. Thanks

Where to start
Behavioral Therapy –
Nicotine
addiction
is related to the habitual behaviors (the “rituals”) involved in smoking. Behavior therapy focuses on learning new coping skills and breaking those habits.
