Feeling tired and depressed
It was a huge shock to me and I had a bit of a
nervous
breakdown
. Despite this I went to all of the cardio rehab classes and continue to try and go to the gym but i feel so tired. I sleep from about 10 at night until 10 in the morning and have to force myself out of bed.

I’m becoming someone I don’t like
This weekend past, I had what I can only describe as a
nervous
breakdown
. I couldn’t stop crying, I was struggling to breath, I felt like I was a burden to everyone, and that they’d all be better off if I wasn’t here. I’m ashamed that I’ve been signed off another week at work.

Iron and low red cell count
Please tell me whatever you know about supplements like Ferrous Sulfate 325 milligram tablets, or Iron 65mg tablets, and if it helps boost red cell counts. My oncologist says supplements wont help. If you disagree with him, post your opinion please.

Hyper to hypothyroidism, anxiety, anemia and low kidney function..
I was diagnosed at 16 with hyperthyroidism and was put on carbimazole and propranolol to help lower my heart rate. I was taken off the approximately 3/4 years later and given radioactive therapy to shrink a growth on my thyroid. I was advised that this could mean I may become under active eventually.

Hi everyone, so April 2016 I had a

I dropped out this time two years ago because of a
nervous
breakdown
and I’m so scared it’s going to happen again. I want to finish so badly but my health, foggy brain, anxiety, and depression are kicking my freaking butt.

Getting past this
A few months later a
nervous
breakdown
ensued. For me whats worse then the anxiety attacks are the post panic attack headaches and migraines. Lasting for hours, they ruin my day. My only relief is the Holy Spirit and my personal, committed relationship to Jesus Christ.

Low ferritin (20ng/ml), hypothyroid and 34 weeks pregnant. How do I increase my levels?
Hi all, I am 34.5 weeks pregnant and mostly doing really well. I've been under a lovely endocrinologist throughout my pregnancy who has kept a close eye on my T4 and T3 levels, as well as the essential vitamins and a host of other things. All my recent blood results have come back good. My Vitamin D,

Medichecks results re. Iron status - how do I maintain a good level?
I have just received the results of a blood test for iron from Medichecks and would appreciate comments and advice as to how to keep a good level of ferritin. At the beginning of the year my ferritin was 33 though my GP assured me I was not anaemic and when I posted my results SeasideSusie agreed. However

Sad
I basically had a
nervous
breakdown
last December. I had some negative things happen with my hubby of 30 years. Nothing horrible, but enough to finally make me blow. I have not been the same since. I can't seem to move forward; I am so negative. I am constantly in fear that I will be abandoned.
