I’m so sorry that you’re feeling this way...a breakdown is horrible! I know how you feel. Remember that an ex is just that...an ex! Maybe she is trying to move on and doesn’t really know what to say, so she comes off as cold. Are you entertaining thoughts of reconciliation?
We've been apart 5 years now and she's been through 4 boy friendsas far as I know. She comes over and plays with my heart

I going through a lot of problems and I don't need her bringing me down, I lost my job and I'm losing my house and I got a dui ,irs is on my back, child support taxes on house, I have lupus and nerve damage and man problems, I don't get to see my kid's and I have depression and that's just for starters
I’m so sorry! I can empathize with you! Just take things in baby steps until you can progress. Prioritize and start at the top. Baby steps! Entertain positive thoughts and let go of the past/bad thoughts. Practice this! The art of letting go is a beautiful thing! 😊
Hey Smellycat123456, you've got a lot on your plate. There's been a saying that keeps coming up in my life of late, which is...When you have to eat an elephant, you can only do it a bight at a time. Have you looked into seeking treatment for the depression? Start where you are now, "eat your elephant" one thought or action at a time.
