Has anyone cancelled a transfer due to significant stress / wider issues?
Hi Has anyone been in this position? I am in the middle of FET medications in preparation for transfer. I was supposed to have this transfer in October but it was cancelled due to spotting from the lining. Everything seems OK from a lining point of view this time. However something has suddenly come

Shingles jab
I may be the last person to know this, but.......having been told to avoid the shingles jab as it contained a live virus, I've just been told that the NHS no longer use live virus vaccines, so it's safe for MPN patients. I have now had my first shotš

Getting ready for FET
We have our FET scheduled for Thursday. They will transfer one embryo as per HEFA guidelines. Our treatment is under NHS, so we don't have the option of doing PGT-A. Current theory is that there is a 50% chance of getting an euploid embryo. Are there tips or things we can do to help deal with disappointment

On/off symptoms after FET
Hello, I am 5 days post 5 days frozen embryo transfer and apart from very mild on and off sore boobs I do not have any symptoms. I know I shouldnāt read too much into this but this is my fifth and last transfer. When did you start getting some proper symptoms? Is this on/off normal, perhaps the medication

Third fresh failed (6th embryo) š¢
Good morning all Firstly I wanted to say a big thank you to everyone that responded to my posts and shared their experiences over the last few weeks (sorry I've not managed to reply to everyone but I have read your responses). It's been an incredibly anxious time and just doesn't get any easier the more

Has anyone had IVIG as well as intralipids - within the same cycle?
Is this overkill? I have high NK cells and very high cytokines as well as a need for a blood thinner. My clinic's plan involves both IVIG and intralipids (as well as steroids and clexane) a few days before transfer. I've not often seen this being done (intralipids as well as IVIG) so I thought I would

What it is like to get an AV fistula, My journey
I am writing this for those who are heading to dialysis and want to know what it is like. As RonZone did with PD, I am talking about home hemodialysis, HHD. My lab numbers are at the point to "get-er done." The first step: I was scheduled for an AV fistula; first-stage left brachiobasilic fistula

7dp5dt FET - positive?
I woke up to pee at 4am and thought I need to make the most of the morning wee (!), so I decided to test, really not expecting anything other than crystal clear negative (but with a slither of hope). Half asleep, I waited until it started showing the faint control line, then concluded that it's going

Endo on the bladder
Anyone else have the bladder and bowel endo? Willing to try anything, for any kind of relief. I have endo on and going into my bladder and now also effecting my bowel. Shingles vaccine?
I unknowingly (until after) had shingles in March 2023 which I believe, triggered first episode of Afib. Now thinking about having the vaccine, concerned that it will trigger Afib. What are people's experiences of having the vaccine? Do I need it yet. Maybe still have antibodies in my system? Will

No down regulation before FET (with endometriosis)
Please tell me that this is okay for when I do an FET? I had prostap on a previous cycle which failed and had it again in September with the intention of having an FET the next month. That cycle had to be cancelled because of spotting related issues and lining not developing. I then had a mega long
