Experience with short cycle (antagonist)? Waiting afterwards?
Hello, I’m going for short cycle - start my ovaleap injections this weekend. I’m so nervous! I’ve been told I will have to wait till my next cycle though for embryo transfer for my body to recover. Has anyone else experienced this? How long was the withdrawal bleed afterwards? Was your cycle delayed?

So tired and p****d off
I swear bad luck just absolutely follows us. I’m just so tired of it all. The dreaming, the hopes only to get slapped in the face multiple times. Bad sperm, crap eggs, and now the era has shown I’m pre receptive so not even that works properly. Thought we had 2 embryos left just had a call to say they

Worried my anxiety will effect success of FET
Hi, currently 7days post FET and feeling really anxious. This is our third round and we have a really good embryo in that had already started to spontaneously hatch. I’m just super worried that my anxiety will cause it to fail. Catch22 because I’m anxious about being anxious and that causes more anxiety

SENSITIVE….but alarm bells already ringing
Hi ladies. I got a BFP yesterday on our 4th FET. However I already think it’s going to be an unhappy ending. I’ve had 2 ectopics on the right side and had that tube removed last year. But overnight and this morning I’ve been having twinges on the left side and I’m so so scared it’s going the same way

3bc day 6 embryo.. any hope?
We (31F) (33M) were diagnosed with MFI only and went straight to IVF. Our ER resulted in 3 Day 6 blastocysts, all 3BC grade... Our first medicated FET cycle failed and now we are in the TWW for the second FET. I'm not feeling hopeful as the statistics are against us. Despite our age, diagnosis, and

Help!! It’s happening again! Polyps suspected day 6 scan….
Hi I’ve not been on here for a while as after my first failed round of IVF in November 2021 I had to wait a few months for a Hysteroscopy to investigate a suspected polyp found at my day 10 scan during the stims. Nothing was picked up at baseline scan. The doctor who performed that egg collection said

Does your clinic make you take northisterone to prep for an FET cycle?
Hi All, I’ve just discovered that people often don’t take a course of northisterone for FETs and just go in for a baseline scan on day 2 or 3 of their periods. I have never been offered this and it seems much better as with northisterone it takes almost a month longer due to starting those pills on

Rituximab and tetanus (etc.)
This is to all my fellow immune suppressed folks about rituximab. I've been unable to find solid information, and my consultants aren't sure, so wondered if anyone here knows. Does rituximab impact our tetanus jabs and similar? I was up to date on all my boosters, but got bit by a tick on Saturday (think

*sensitive* 9dp5dt FET is this to light for 9days.
Hey, Just after some advice. I’ve been testing since 5dp and been getting darker lines but 8and 9 there is not a huge difference. I’m panicking this isn’t dark enough for a 9dp5dt. My OTD isn’t until Saturday but I’m scared this should be darker going on other peoples tests. 😔

referral to NHS endo
Hi everyone I have a question... I asked for a referral to an NHS endocrinologist about 18 months ago, and was told that as my TSH had crept into range I shouldn't expect it to be picked up. As a result I went to see a private endo about 7 months ago (which I'm not entirely satisfied with - see other

Bleeding prior to FET
Hi guys, I’m back again doing another FET. We are transferring our last 2 embryos on Monday (hopefully). Surprisingly everything was going well this cycle, I’m on fematab 3mg morning and night, due to start IM progesterone tomorrow. Had my lining scan yesterday and it was 9mm, she said it was perfect

Slight morning bleeding on day 4 and 5 after FET ED
Hi! After six failed IVFs with own eggs I had my first FET with a donor egg on June 15. I didn't feel any symptoms after the transfer except maybe feeling a bit tired. Woke up yesterday at 4.30 (day 4 after FET ) and discovered the residue of my 100 mg progesterone vag tablet was mixed with blood (brown

8 MONTH waiting times…
I saw a pain clinic consultant two months ago and he referred me for nerve block injections in my abdominal wall and groin… after speaking with pain management yesterday, they advised me to follow up on the appointment as I haven’t had anything yet. Day 10 scan (short protocol)
Hello lovely people, I had my day 10 scan today with one leading follicle and 6 potential eggs to collect. Trigger shot tonight and egg collection on Wednesday. We are having PICSI/ICSI and embryoscope. I will also start prednisolone (for my high NK cells) whilst I’m awaiting a fresh embryo transfer

Wondering how important is the grade of egg and how much is your body/general health?
This is an impossible question! But I am due to start the process of our final frozen embryo transfer! (We had a transfer 4 years ago from the same batch that didn't work) We have a 3 year old that miraculously arrived the month after the last failed transfer. I am 41 now and wondering how caught up
