Anxiety Spiraling Out of Control
Shakiness. Nausea. Trouble breathing from the noment I open my eyes to the moment I go to sleep. It feels like I’m drowning, despite my oxygen saturation reading 100% on my oximeter. I wake up and the feeling is immediately there with me. Lungs feeling tight, chest heavy and sore, throat closing sensation

Hi ... Spoke to Dr Gupta, who was lovely as expected. Can't say 100% as it's a Kardia reading and not a 12 lead, but he thinks I have flutter/atrial tachycardia with heart block. Meaning my atria is fluttering but not reaching my ventricals, hence the low rate. Basically it's what a pace and ablate

Terrible leg pain. Does a TENS machine work?
I was diagnosed with PMR April 2019, I've reduced to 9mg, but now back up to 12mg after 2 flares. I now get agonising pain occasionally in my R leg, from buttock to foot. The pain subsides but leaves tingles under my foot. It happens several times a day. Now, this may not be PMR related! Has anyone

A little trick eliminates my RLS for night
Guys, I'm so excited! I slept all night long at last. Thanks to a little trick I'm happy to share with you. You heard of those weighed blankets, sleeping in weird positions, stretching, vibro plate machines, TENS machines, the Thera Cane and other trigger points massagers. I tried all of that and it

Covid-19 and Long QT Syndrome - risks of returning to work
Hi ive not worked for a while and have the offer of a job at short notice but it would be working on a manufacturing site and not from home. As I also have some anxiety I am getting terrified of the risk of catching Covid-19 , especially as I have Long QT Syndrome which means some of the anti- malaria

Advice from your experience please.
Hello again, Hope you are all doing okay. I’ve been really helped by the supportive posts that I’ve been able to read on here. Thank you! I just wanted to ask people’s opinions really. I have a GP consultation in the morning, as I’m still having a lot of issues. I’ve been on flecainide 2 x 50mg

Tens Machine, when to use one?
Hope everyone is well, I have just purchased a tens machine to help pain management I am just wondering anyone else’s experiences with them? Should I use it when I start to feel the pain or is it best to wait until it is at its worst. Last night was horrible and I have over two months until my gynaecology

Tens machine advice
Could anyone please give advice about tens machines for labour? I see you can hire them online or buy them. Do you think it's better to hire one as I may get a more expensive model than buying one outright. Thank you.

Today’s EP Tele-health appointment
I’m grateful that I have such a good relationship with my EP. We had a phone catch up today and he reassured me that there was no AF on the recent Kardia tracing I’d sent through (which was 135 bpm and said “possible AF”). He said there were runs of atrial bigeminy then a run of atrial tachycardia then
