The doctors found out I have
nephritis
caused by the lupus which I was diagnosed in 1993 when I was 14 years old. Now the steroids that were given to me in higher dosis have given me diabetes.

Crappy day
Back at work this week after 4 months off with nephrotic syndrome and grade 4 lupus
nephritis
. Thought I was ready to go back. Clearly not. Although I'm still taking high dose mycophenelate and 15mg pred as well as ramipri furosomide hydroxychloriquine etc. Really needed to get back to normal.
