Curious if others a using nattokinase and serrapeptase.

Nattokinase is a natural enzyme in natto, a Japanese soy-based food. Anyone take this to lower BP?

I want to stop taking it and switch to a herbal/natural product like Nattokinase or Garlic as Warfarin is slowly destroying my kidneys. Has anyone any experience of either of these please?

I’m also taking Nattokinase and a Bacillus subtilis supplement. Is there any point in both or are they part of the same process in the gut? Also – Covid: I’m another person who was statistically unlikely to get PD. No history in the family, no other risk factors that I’m aware of.

They are taking Ashwagandha, Triphala, Arjuna, Amla, Nattokinase, Resveratrol, Nottoginseng, Eucommia, Red Sage, Rhodiola, Cordyceps/Lion's Mane/Reishi. And a very strict diet with restricted sodium chloride. And Rick Simpson Oil cannabis. Any advice gratefully and carefully considered.

Since Nattokinase also makes blood more anticoagulant I guess taking Edoxaban (Lixiana) at the same time, could be dangerous even though Nattokinase apparently doesn't "thin" the blood as much as Edoxaban.

I sometimes suffer bleeding from my bladder due to radiation cystitis. Sometimes it stops quidkly, sometimes not, once, after weeks of bleeding, I ended up in the hospital where amino caproic acid stopped it. Should I stop these supplements during the bleeding episodes? I was looking for some information regarding Nattokinase and Serrapeptase. I have had palpitations on and off for about 2 years. About a year ago I went I to see a cardiologist privately. He said there is nothing wrong with my heart but probably caused by stress.

Of course, I'm taking every supplement that might help bones, so vit D, K2, magnesium, berberine, nattokinase (just as of recently,) boron...the list is long. Some of these are supposed to also be good for things like insulin resistance, clogged arteries, etc., so bonus.

Nattokinase is structurally similar to plasmin, but more potent. Human studies show that it can also lower fibrinogen levels. An elevated D-dimer is a sign that nattokinase should be used imo. By eliminating micro-clots, it may prevent metastasis.

I take a very high dose of nattokinase to keep D-dimer low. My approach is quite simple: as long as there is no upward PSA trend at the end of each 3 months, I am content. I don't worry that the PSA is not driven down to zero.
