Nattokinase is a natural enzyme in natto, a Japanese soy-based food.

Anyone take this to lower BP?

personally, I wouldn’t take any medication for my blood pressure unless thoroughly tested in the usual trials.

Though of course blood pressure can be controlled by changes of diet and lifestyle.

It wasn't made any difference to my blood pressure - I have been taking it daily for about five years with vitamin D to keep calcium in the blood vessels, not for BP.

hi, there was someone on here a couple of years ago who used it and found that it lowered their BP significantly. It might be worth doing a search to see if you can find. Unfortunately, the search function on this platform is poor.

There is some research to support its use so a google search might help. There are quite a few herbal remedies that can help with lowering BP. Sometimes it’s trial and error to find what works for you.
