Have NASH and thyroid 11.3
I have
NASH
from an eating disorder. From the age of 10 to age 50 I didn't know I was damaging my liver. Since I was diagnosed I haven't been able to control my food 100% but I eat about 20% of what I used to. Recently my TSH was 11.3 I take synthetic. 88mcg.

Spinal injections
Hello all, In addition to
NASH
i am bit unlucky in getting into troubles with spine which causes chronic pain. My spinal consultant does not offer spinal injections as he says that steroids are risky in terms of
NASH
and fibrosis.

Hoping they can find a cure for
Nash
, my doctors seem not to care to much like most of your doctors I read about.

Fibrosure Tests
My concern is that
NASH
is still at .50? Is my AST/ALT ratio a concern since it is over 1?

Salt and NASH
Hi people, I know
NASH
patients are supposed to keep salt intake to a minimum, but I wonder the reason. Is that only to keep blood pressure in check (which benefits the liver)? Or is salt also a problem for patients with normal BP?

NASH Trial
Hi everyone, 3 years since my last post so I thought I would update you all. So no real changes in how I feel ( still refereeing football) and feeling well. But each 6 month check up I’m told that the fibrosis and steatosis are getting slightly worse so I was recommended to apply for a current clinical

Thankful I sought 2nd opinion
I was diagnosed with
Nash
stage 2 fibrosis, And I have frequent RuQ pain. I had gone to a hepathologist who ordered an ultrasound with elastiography. The ultrasound said I had F2, but my blood work showed F0.

Are you a NASH F2/F3 patient? Do you think patient care could be better? You can help and even get paid
She would like to connect with a few early stage
NASH
patients, F2/F3, who might be interested in helping tell people about this journey. She would talk with you and explain the plan and if you decided to help her you would get paid (I don't know how much) for your time.

Help finding weight loss and NASH medical paper
I know I have read a lot of medical literature that indicates that in most cases a 10% or greater weight loss results in dramatic improvement and often resolution of
NASH
. Can anyone point me in the direction of a robust paper that states this or a meta review of the literature that supports this?

Is it always NASH
If I have fatty liver and most of the time have elevated liver enzymes does that automatically mean it is
Nash
? From what I’ve been reading it appears if you have fat with inflammation markers then it’s always
