Hello all, In addition to NASH i am bit unlucky in getting into troubles with spine which causes chronic pain. My spinal consultant does not offer spinal injections as he says that steroids are risky in terms of NASH and fibrosis. Not sure if anyone else have had same dilemma, and what they have been offered instead of steroid injections in order to cope with chronic pain?

I would suggest that you liaise with your hepatologist - perhaps the two consultants could discuss your case together to reach a safe, suitable treatment for you.
