Help finding weight loss and NASH medical paper

I know I have read a lot of medical literature that indicates that in most cases a 10% or greater weight loss results in dramatic improvement and often resolution of NASH. Can anyone point me in the direction of a robust paper that states this or a meta review of the literature that supports this?

I urgently need one that is robust and concise to show to a doctor and don’t have time to wade through everything again.

Thanks!
