NASH progressed
Hi I've had fatty liver disease for many years nowIt progressed to
NASH
eventually Now on my latest fibroscan it shows 80 percent of fat in my liver (highest ever) And more scarring bringing me out of F4 fibrosis into suspected Cirrhosis All I can do is wait.

nash fibrosure test
I recently had this test and scored zeros on everything, No steatosis,
nash
, or fibrosis. I felt pretty good about it at the time. From what I hear this is a pretty good blood test. I've also researched it quite a bit. I'm having some strange symptoms going on and I'm trying to reassure myself.

Interesting diet study for NASH and Fibrosis.
"A clinical trial, led by a team at NDPCHS, has shown that a three-month rapid weight loss programme was not only safe but also effective in reducing the severity of a liver disease non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (
NASH
) with liver fibrosis."

Can progression (once you have cirrhosis) be halted?
Hi, I have compensated cirrhosis (
NASH
), if I change my diet can the progress of the cirrhosis be halted completely or is it likely to progress at a slower rate? (or is this just unknown?) Thank you.

fibroscan
I have been diagnosed with
NASH
cirrhosis. When I had the fibroscan I had to lie on my left side and the scan was done on my back. Everything I have seen since is people lying on their back with their right arm stretched up. I have been wondering whether the scan was done properly.
