Has anyone with severe osteoporosis managed to reduce their tscores by avoiding the meds and using supplements and quality diet and exercise
By severe osteoporosis I mean worse than -3.3. Vitamins and supplements include vitamin K2, vitamin D3 and magnesium. Foods include avocados, bony broth, leafy greens, lots of fruit and vegetables, yoghurt, grass fed meat and dairy and avoiding sugar and empty calories. Some exercise but not necessarily

Low sperm➡️No sperm➡️Some sperm
In keeping with my desperate attempts to remain optimistic and treat each little success as actually a big victory, we had some good news today! Hurrah. 19 years old, wanting to self inject B12??? - long post!
I'm 19 years old, female. In October 2017 I was diagnosed as being deficient in B12. I initially went to the doctors for headaches and he ran a complete blood test. My B12 count was 92. I've previously suffered from iron deficiency anaemia with my lowest count being 4. I'm also deficient in Vitamin D

Turnaround time for Blue Horizons?
Hi, This is my first post here but have previously posted on PA. Had my bloods taken on 7th March for the Thyroid 6 blood test with Blue Horizon. They advised me by email after I'd placed the order that if the samples are sent to Edinburgh, that they are updating their systems so there may be delays.

My "Osteoporosis" Journey
This is just copy and paste of an account I wrote to keep track of things for myself. Please note I have no medical training and I haven't checked to see if the web links at the end still work.
