High BP with cold sweats and headache
Taking
Multaq
& Cardilol for BP. Have had for about 1 week bad headache with cold sweats. Usually lasts 30=45 minutes. When this happens BP is high 155/90. Called Cardiologist added Telmasarten to help lower BP. Has anyone experienced this?

Dronedarone
I went to A and E and had a cardioversion which was successful ( hopefully) and have been prescribed Dronedarone (
Multaq
). I’m now expecting to have an ablation soon. Blood tests are organised with the hospital. Has anybody else had any experience with this medication?

Should I have a PVI ablation?
2017 - it was assumed that my condition had deteriorated and that going forward episodes would now be more frequent and longer and I was advised to go on the watiing list for a PVI ablation which I did - at the same time I was put on a revised medication regime which included a rhythm medication (

Should i have 3rd ablation at 73 yrs old?
I'm on Eliquis and
Multaq
which is very expensive in the US. I've been buying it throught a Canadian pharmacy to save some $. I've failed almost all the other drugs available for rhythm and rate control on the past. I wonder how long Multag will last before it fails as well.

Not sure of I should have an Ablation
I am now taking
multaq
and eliquis twice a day and feel great, working out and all seems good ---still wondering if I should go forward with the Ablation I have set for the Oct 29th from one of the best Doctors and facilities in the US. some of the experiences I am reading here really give me pause.

What works for me
I also am on
Multaq
. The last 5 or 6 times I've gone into A fib I've drank maybe 24 oz of liquid, taken a diazapam 5mg and gone to bed and slept about 2 hrs. When I wake up the Afib is gone. I still get Afib about once or twice a year. Thats much better than before the ablations.

Multaq (dronaderon)
My question now comes to
Multaq
. It seems to make me feel quite lethargic. No other obvious sideeffects. Anybody else with experience of this drug?

I am on
Multaq
(Dronaderone) since April last year. Am also taking Eliquiss 1x2.
Multaq
is taken twice daily. My first Afib attack occured 2003 when I suffered from an acute bronchitis. No recurrence for ten years. Since then a gradual progression and bouts of Afib when infected.

I have had
multaq
, tioksen, amiodarone, flecainide. I now am on metropolol, fosinopril, and eliquis. I have read on this site where people are on bisoroil and soidoil? My cardiologist is taking the conservative approach. Says the Eliquis is the best defense.

Diagnosed AF in 2015, use
multaq
and eliquis.
Multaq
