Motrin

Lots of ice packs is and iced washcloths to help fever as Tylenol and Motrin were not reducing fever. I’ve had ct scans EKG’s, echos, transfusion, antibiotics. 100’s of blood test and cultures. All negative. Now on prednisone, massive rash.

I can skip the Gaba one night a week and take either 2 motrin OR 2 Tylenol Arthritis pills along with 1 or 2 Tumerin capsules. This takes my aches and pains away (in my elbow and low back from old injuries) AND prevents my restless legs from coming when I lay down for sleep at night.

Dr has me on a combination of Tylenol and Motrin for a broken bone. Worried about side effects on the kidneys.

Last night my head hurt SO badly--no relief after 2 tylenol and 1 motrin, so I took my Actemra shot (was supposed to take it this morning) and it helped the headache. Also, the day before the shot is due, my hips, shoulders, neck are on fire.

I’ve tried a bit of small exercises, took some Motrin, went outside a bit. Took a b complex vitamin. Ugh…..

Motrin helped alot. It was like this for 5 days at least. My sinuses were so clogged to the point i had to breath through my mouth . I could not remember straining myself in any way. I have been on flonase for 3 weeks and every other sinus med I could find.

I have stage 3, just wondering if what you’ve heard from your physician about taking Motrin after surgery for pain?

I have not taken anything stronger than Motrin and Tylenol and I stopped those on Weds morning. I am usually a big baby when it comes to pain. I was really tired for a few days following. Still feeling a lot more fatigue than I would expect at this point.

I’ve been taking Motrin or Advil and sometimes Tylenol for pain. It’s been 8 days and can foresee another possible week.

I have 7cm tumor in my chest wall they are doing a plan to radiate them chemo, we tried gemzar but it did not work, the 1.7 is creating so much pain, I’m on Norco sand Motrin and hopefully they call me for treatment today cause it hurts so bad! Any advice out there??

I know I cannot take Ibuprofen/Motrin/muscle relaxant with the meds I'm taking for a-fib. What are some of my options for over the counter pain relief? Everybody's medical offices are closed now because it's a Saturday evening here in the US.

Day 7 I’m tired and st night small fever which I take Motrin that breaks it 89.7 or so but my question is fatigue normal? I make sure to eat but my body feels lifeless!!

Motrin, Ibuprofen etc. will bring your fever down allowing the virus to live longer. They are saying that ibuprophen, advil etc will actually exacerbate the virus. Use common sense and don't let fever go over 103 or 104 if you got the guts.

I cannot take tylenol or motrin or aleve because of my liver and kidney disease,I was actually sent for PT because I went to The Pain Center for help with my intense pain from fibro. I spoke with my doctors and we all agreed I should stop physical therapy.
