Can someone offer solution for pain being so intense upon waking that someone cannot get out of bed. Other than setting my alarm for 3 am to tale motrin and predisone i dont know how to keep the pain at bay. It takes so long for meds to kick in. The pain is unbearable . My knee, shoulders hands wrists are useless.
