induction: using letrozole and Clomid in one cycle? Tired of working out what to do
Hello, I've just been told my letrozole (5mg) cycle for ovulation induction doesn't look successful. It's CD17 and it's so quiet that the clinic have suggested I take five days of Clomiphene (100mg) right away to see if that kick-starts it. They gave me the option of 5 days (500mg total) or alternate

Got my mom’s scan results. All is stable with slight decrease in tumor sizes🙏🙏🙏. She’s been on Ibrance and letrozole for 10 months now and I hope she’ll be on it for many years:). Did anyone of you ladies with several lung mets got significant decrease in tumor sizes and how long did it take ? Thank

Sore feet
I have been on palbociclib and letrozole for 3.5 years. For the last 6 weeks I have experienced very dry soles of my feet that are painful in places. Anyone experience this too? I didn't think this medication had these side effects. Fay

low AMH = low quality?
hi ladies. honestly I don't know what I would do without this forum! I've had 3 chemical miscarriages, so I've asked for the reoccurring miscarriages test. the nurse was so dismissive about it, which really upset me. My AMH is really low, I'm 33, so I thought my egg quality would be ok, though I understand

Can letrozole give false positive pg test?
Hi all, hoping for some advice. I was diagnosed with pcos and given letrozole to help. I started last month and on my day 10 scan it wasn't having any impact so was advised to try it again next (this) cycle. My period started 4 days ago. I took a pg test a day or two before it started which was negative

Donor egg or try again
hi! I'm new to the group. we've had one round of ivf with crgw in Plymouth. live in Cornwall, but wasn't accepted for nhs treatment as my amh is 2 low. I'm ony 33. Just wondered if anyone has any information on donor eggs, in UK or abroad. I'm struggling with whether we should try again or use a donor

6 month follow up scan
So I had my first six month scan done after diagnosis and the start of treatment. The scan results were pretty awesome to say the least. I had my follow up visit yesterday and my onc really kind of confused me. He said my scans were some of the best results he had ever seen and some of the fastest. I

Stable scan results 3 years in
I realize it is important to share positive news so that we don’t only read discouraging news. In that spirit, my December bone and Ct scans were stable. My tumor markers trickle up but my onc focuses on scan results. Like most of us, I deal with “scanxiety.” Phew! I’ve been on Ibrance & Letrozole

Can you continue medication if you get covid
I have Covid in the house but tested negative myself. Likely to be omicron. Have others who’ve had it come off medication? I’m on letrozole and palbociclib. With 12 weekly Xgeva. Have only been on it for 4 months.

Second line treatment after Ibrance, letrozole and monthly zoladex.
I live in the south east of the U.K. previously someone posted the U.K. second line treatment from NICE after Ibrance / letrozle. I can not seem to find it, Would anyone have that article again, as the NICE website does not seem up to date. They removed pathways yesterday ! Thanks and hugs all

Mom’s MBC Diagnosis - Ibrance & Low Neutrophils
My mom started Ibrance on Dec 13th. No major side effects these past couple weeks. She’s had a low blood count her entire life but never expected getting sick frequently or anything like that. Her blood count was 1.09 when she started Ibrance. Her oncologist started her on 75mg because of her natural

Letrozole question
Hi all! Over 3 years into it all and I had to stop letrozole a while back, for maybe 10 mos. or so, because it was crippling my hands; then I had the cancer antigen test a few weeks ago and my markers were up a bit, so I started back on letrozole, but only every 4 days and my question is, has anyone

Introduction
Hi. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in September, 2016. It has metastasized to my bones. I am following the protocol in the book, “How to Starve Cancer without Starving Yourself”. One of my MDs is prescribing drugs off-label. Consequently, I am taking Celebrex to reduce cancer inflammation, Metformin

Oral fulvestrant update
Hello ladies - I've been on Ibrance and letrozole since September 2018. I am treated at Mass General in the Boston area. I am stable for now. During my appointment with my oncologist yesterday, I asked about next steps when the time comes. I told her how I know several people on this site who do not

Cough cough and more cough
Hello pretty ladies 🌺 I hope you are spending a relaxed Sunday. Please I need a solution. I am having a cough at specific times, right after eating and I am sitting up. If I'm standing it doesn't happen to me. If I have a coughing fit and drink water, it goes away. When I get in the car, I immediately
