I have been on palbociclib and letrozole for 3.5 years. For the last 6 weeks I have experienced very dry soles of my feet that are painful in places. Anyone experience this too? I didn't think this medication had these side effects. Fay

Sore feet
My skin is dry as a bone and the soles of my feet, but not painful. Been on Ibrance for about 9 months.
Yes, I am on my 22th cycle of Ibrance & Letrozole since 12/2019, I was prescribed all kinds of creams and ointments. What eventually has helped is O'Keeffe's Healthy Feet. I use it on a daily basis otherwise in a few days I will for sure have cuts and like blisters.
Thanks so much for the info av66
I use that same cream. Weird thing is that I only have it on my right foot. I’m on IBrance & Faslodex.
❤️🙏❤️
Oh yeah I definitely understand. For a long time it was just my right foot and then later the left but never as bad as the right. Crazy and so weird! I don't know if it has anything to do with that my bc was on the right and Mets are on right lung. Who knows?
My skin is very dry, but I haven't had problems with my feet.
I was recommended by a dermatologist to put moisturiser on my feet at night, wrap them in clingfilm and put socks on to keep it on.. Works like a dream - I have been doing it for 4 months now.
Thanks Sandra, I think I had seen info about the cream with urea on this site ages ago. I was going to ring the doctor tomorrow if worse! Fay
I'm on Verzenio and Faslodex and have very dry hands and feet. My fingers and hand creases crack and peel, which can be painful. My feet are also dry, especially the heels, which crack and peel. I've been trying different moisturizers and just found Gold Bond Ultimate diabetics' foot cream. It's very thick and not greasy. You can put a layer of Vaseline on top of that and wear socks. I'm sometimes using Eucerin cream (very thick but kinda greasy, takes a long time to absorb) and will soon try Aquaphor. You can gently scrub your feet in the shower with a pumice stone product, or a sugar or salt scrub.
It's a constant trial! I've seen discussions on Twitter about the same topic.
