Taking D-mannose whilst on Ibrance and Letrozole

Prior to my secondary 2 years ago I was recommended to take D-mannose to prevent UTIs . I take Ibrance and Letrozole and not sure whether D-mannose can be taken with these meds. I would appreciate input.

Hi Gramat, my Onc suggested the D-mannose for me also due to frequent UTI’s and I am on Ibrance and Fulvestrant. I have been taking it for about 7 months with no issues and thankfully no more UTI’s!! Best to you.

Hi I asked my Onc about D Mannose , I’m on Ibrance, fulvestrant and danosumab. She said it was fine to take it. I haven’t taken it so far, I have always been prone to bouts of cystitis etc before cancer but seem to be managing ok drinking loads of water is the key for me.
