Can anyone tell me if it's possible to get a private prescription for
methylcobalamin
, given it's not available on the NHS? I am allergic to hydroxocobalamin, so have injectible cyanocobalamin 3-weekly, but it's not available at present and unlikely to be for at least a few months.

Error posting the amount I was injecting
I discovered last night I made an error in the amount of
methylcobalamin
I was injecting. The
methylcobalamin
I inject comes in a vial l dry and I add saline. I made an error in concentration The amount of powder in the vial is 40 mg and I add 10 mg of saline which equals 4 mg per 1 mil.

Update
I am starting a trial of 1.5 mg of
methylcobalamin
and 0.5 mg adenosylcobalamin 5 times a day and setting an alarm to inject in the night. My past experience and that some people have “side effects” from
methylcobalamin
suggests that I will have a downturn as my body heals.

What is supplies run out?
I use
Methylcobalamin
and was wondering if the place I buy mine from goes out of business, what I would do. I've tried finding a backup or two, but so far the place I buy from is $55.00 for a vial (10 shots/vial).

Goggled how B12 deficiency is treated in India.
Methylcobalamin
is what seems to be used in that country and it is where my trials seem to be leading me. I found it interesting that those that treat B12 deficiency believe that it can be reversed in most cases within a year.
Another piece in the mosaic that I am creating.

Hypothesis XIIII
I changed the concentration of
methylcobalamin
to 3 mg/ml and the adenosylcobalamin to 2mg/ml. The effectiveness was increased, obvious and immediate, within 12 hours.

Can PA antibodies be reversed??
I am fully aware that naturopaths see all treatments that aren’t ‘natural remedies’ to cause harm somewhere in the body but, I never thought that B12 therapy wasn’t natural treatment as it is essential for the central nervous system to function properly and that
methylcobalamin
was a synthetic vitamin

Vitamin B12 (hydroxocobalamin, cyanocobalamin): advise patients with known cobalt allergy to be vigilant for sensitivity reactions
Ignoring
methylcobalamin
, adenosylcobalamin, and oral hydroxocobalamin and the many products which combine one or more of these, sometimes with other vitamins and/or micronutrients, etc.

Hypothesis X
So this happened when injecting 1 mg of adenosylcobalamin and 1 mg of
methylcobalamin
every 5 hours including setting my alarm to inject in the night. I essentially skipped a dose 5 times.
