Hello, I do not think there is a definitive answer to your question. I inject hydroxocobalamin morning and methylcobalamin afternoon, l used to take sublingual drops separate but now I have taken them with injections and some separate. Does not seem to affect me except I feel better on more.
Hello there. Earlier this year I started taking methylcobalamin sublingual tablets with 2 monthly hydroxocobalamin injections from GP. My main problem was that the methylcobalamin sublinguals contained mannitol. I improved pretty well on the sublinguals except for the most appalling diarrhoea which I put down to the mannitol. I don't know if anyone else on this fabulous site can identify methylcobalamin sublinguals without this type of additive or to identify a source of methylcobalamin for injection. I believe the methylcobalamin may be better than hydroxocobalamin. Good luck.
