Scan question: "without definite CT correlate"
The report came back with a bit of uptake in one lymph node and maybe 4 foci in seminal vesicle; no bone mets; and this: "New PyL uptake in hepatic segment 4A/b lesion without definite CT correlate" ...with the Impression describing it as "concerning for hepatic
metastasis
".

Peritoneal Mets, how to treat?
Hi does anyone have experience with peritoneal
metastasis
in stage 4 prostate cancer, if so how was it treated? Any success stories or any info would be much appreciated. 3 out of 9 lymph nodes positive also, but no other mets that we know of.

Peritoneum Metastasis (What's it mean and how bad is that?)
Seems like there isn't much about peritoneum
metastasis
of prostate cancer (everywhere I've looked seems to say its rare and deadly - 3 to 6 mos to live, etc.) Anybody know different?

Good News!
I haven’t been on much but I wanted to share good news! I’v been on Ibrance and Faslodex since diagnosis in April, mets to liver. Last week was first CT scan. The tumors in breast are gone and most in my liver are also gone except the two larger ones but they have shrunk significantly. They also did

Hi Ladies, I hope everything is calm with you all. This is a follow up to my last post and it would be great to know of side effects any of you have had being on this combination. As you know my medication of Pablociclib and Letrozole has stopped working now and I have a couple of new shadows showing

Metronomic Dosing of Xeloda (capecitabine) (cape) is working for now
My first line of treatment for bone only MBC was Kisqali and Letrozole for almost two years. I was NED for much of that time but then had mets to the peritoneal area. Started cape in Nov of 2020 at 4000 mg per day, 2 weeks on then a week off. That was way too much for my body as I had extreme fatigue

10 years of MBC- tumor markers creeping up.
Hi everyone. I was diagnosed Sept 22, 2011. Bones only. My first 4-5 years were pretty harsh. Avastin, Femara, Pamamidrate. After nearly dying, my oncologist just left me on Femara. Now my markers have been slowly increasing, the biggest this last test, every 4 months. They jumped 20 points. Now
