Journey continues!

After 9 rounds of Jevtana my PSA is on the rise again and I will be starting Elereada as I needed a break from chemo. If anyone has any experience with Elereada I would love to hear about your experience.

I’ve also developed muscle involvement on left femur and will receive two heavy fractions. I started having sever leg pain and the scans confirmed the metastasis.

So journey continues and life is still wonderful!

Stay strong!

Thanks TA,

I’ll keep posting and as always look for positive results. Each time treatment fails I like to think it failed me and sooner or later something will work.

I have been on Erleada (plus abiraterone in a Trial) for the past 18 months. The most irritating side effect is fatigue.

No results yet about the drug combo. The Trial is to see if the combo is better that Zytiga alone. For men that have NOT had chemo the pharmaceutical company says no benefit to the combo. I have had chemo so we shall see.

Erleada is a good choice. Time to send in a relief pitcher.

I am sorry about the pain.
