New to Breast Cancer
I was diagnosed in February 2022. Very scary. Cancerous tumor in my right breast. Oncologist started me on Letrozole 2.5mg to try and shrink the tumor some before removing the lump. Reading some of your comments ease my nerves some. But I just pray and trust God. Prayers for all of you

Letrozole Joint/Muscle Pain
I've recently switched to Afinitor & Letrozole. The side effects, joint & muscle pain, of Letrozole are taking a toll. Currently, I take both in the morning with just water. Would taking them both at night help? Or maybe Afinitor in the am and Letrozole in the pm? Any tips appreciated! Thanks, Melinda

What should I expect from treatment
CT scan is booked for next week to then discuss scan later that month with Oncologist to look at Radiotherapy treatment to the Prostate and the
metastasis
assuming no progression. This is being described as with a view to “consolidating” the disease Could this mean a long durable remission ?

Prazosin - Trial of One (Me)
In vivo studies in mice have shown that these effects also occur at clinically relevant doses, with reduction in tumour growth,
metastasis
and decreased angiogenesis observed in models of prostate cancer” So lab and animal studies show protective effects from prazosin but not from tamsulosin.

GPM6B Inhibit PCa Proliferation by Blocking Prostate Cancer Cell Serotonin Absorptive Capacity
The GPM6B expression in PCa patient's tumor tissues was significantly related to clinical stage, T classification, lymph node
metastasis
, and distant
metastasis
, but not significantly related to age and Gleason score. Also, patients with highGPM6B expression had a better prognosis.

Verzenio and Letrozole 3rd line
Flunked out of the clinical trial! I begged to stay on, but the protocol is that with a 1.4 x 1.0 cm lymph node on my paratracheal, SUV 7.5, I have progression and have to try something else. Oncologist dismissed going back on Ibrance after holiday, says that works for few people. (She also said I went

Life after cancer
Today it is my four year Metaverssary. There are so many things running through my head about my life now. If I was to compare I don’t know where I would start. So many things have changed for me. Not all are bad, and some of the things, such gifts, that I really needed to experience. Things I would
