Sounds like hand and foot syndrom? I am xeloda and have that. Hands and feet are red, pads of feet tender to walk on. Hands are red and raw, feels like a rope burn. Be careful of it, also tell your onocologyst. Keep moisturize, we use Udder Cream, I believe a US product. Hot water and just hands wet without drying properly will agrivate.

I am on the same meds. Good news no progression nearly 5 years. Bad news living with side effects. Wear medical or kitchen work gloves when doing dishes, use your dishwasher. My skin became sensitive to heat/sunshine, became thin, bruises easily, gets red spots, rashes.

I have not got rashes as yet Never had a cold sore got a big one

Ouch lol sore to eat

Yes wear gloves. I just started

I have cotton ones for driving

The sun hurts my hands and on my face

Even with sun lotion

Nice to read 5 years

GREAT NEWS

Thank you 😊

Oooh. I just started Letrozole, and get a sort of sunburn -- if I am in the sun, or just if I get hot. And facing a hot and humid NYC summer. Legs, feet and now my face has red splotches. Splotches are hot. Stuck with this? Not even sun tan lotion? I guess that doesn't help with the redness from heat.

Vision is not good in the morning then gers better, it's not all the time and it's not blindness it's like less sharp, can notice when reading. Neuropathy in hands and feet but this can have other causes, food tastes like metal but this has happened rarely, changes in bowel habits. A common one that causes the dose to decrease is low neutrophils count (neutropenia) the med works just as well (l am on 75 mg) for some people the decreased dose really lessens the other side effects they have. There are other possible side effects l don't think anyone gets all of them - everyone is different. These meds are easier to live with than chemo and many people have pretty good quality of life. Wish you the best. ❤️
