at different PSA values – PSMA PET is rewriting and scrambling the SOC regimes…doctors really don’t know how and when to use this test.

Intermediate favorable vs. unfavorable Gleason 7 acc.to 2 doctors + CLEAN PSMA, do we need third opinion +where? (Green Bay/Milwaukee areas)
We've been reading that PSMA's are the last word in
metastasis
!!! So today my husband went back to original urologist for another cystoscopy and to discuss treatment options for his urinary retention as many things we have read/seen indicate it is absolutely fine to treat the BPH first.

Well, Carboplatin was a disaster - it did nothing at all so I have effectively had 8 weeks of no treatment and my cancer went crazy. I understand that sounds super negative but that's how I feel right now. So, having a scan to prove the cancer spread matches the blood work (for example my CA15 was in

Does Herceptin cause Pulmonary Hypertension
I’m new to this site and have found it to be very helpful. I was diagnosed with MBC in 2015 and was treated mostly with Herceptin and Perjeta which was very successful. However I began to experience shortness of breath and in 2019 was diagnosed with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension. A lung specialist

UK based warriors, what was your second line of treatment offered after Ibrance and Letrozole?
Hi, my Ibrance+ Letrozole stopped working after 2 years 3 months. If you have the same diagnoses and the same drugs for your 1st line of treatment and live in the UK, please let me know what was your second line. Thank you. My dx is MBC ER/PR+ HER2- age 47 postmenopausal ( oophorectomy) lesions

My friend had his PETscan.
My read is this is good; no
metastasis
that they are aware of. Feedback very much appreciated. Hump Study Result Impression IMPRESSION: 1. Focus of radiotracer uptake seen in the left peripheral zone, consistent with MRI findings, with max SUV of 7.8.

Wondering about meds for high cholesterol
Hi fellow warriors, I have been on Letrozole and Ibrance for the last 2 years. I was diagnosed stage 4 de novo in late 2014. Mets were in liver only. I did Taxol, Herceptin and Perjeta for about 4 months, then Herceptin , Perjeta and Faslodex until 2019. I then was able to do just the Faslodex until

Relugolix/Orgovyx with pelvic radiation?
Should the scan show
metastasis
in the pelvic region, I will most likely have pelvic radiation with a short course of ADT. Has anyone had Relugolix in lieu of Lupron with pelvic radiation? I like the idea of faster testosterone recovery after finishing Relugolix in comparison to Lupron.

Missing dose
I have returned from travel with a cold- tested negative for COVID. I have Herceptin / perjeta in 2 days, I know I will not be better and I am worried they will tell me not to come in ( I am calling nurse tomorrow). Is it ok to miss dose? If they delay do they delay for a week or miss that dose
