Coming to terms with avoiding the sun
The sun affects my skin and definitely causes flares BUT my
mental
Health
is suffering. I live in a very sunny place and people are staring at me for being covered up. My Dr (a Professor of Rheumatology) has started that I must stay out of the sun. Idk how to deal with this.

Lonely, let’s join Discord mutual support group to share growth
The key to healing journey is peer spreading positive support with each other about their progress and encourage us with that, I think it’d be really to share with each other about habits that are bettering our
mental
health
and the progress we are making each day be it whatever activities we feel good

Encephalitis from Rubella
The lack of awareness and understanding about brain injury, along with the stigma surrounding
mental
health
issues, has made it a solitary struggle. It was only at my lowest point that I recently sought help from healthcare professionals, who have been incredible.

Stuck and need help
Got a million things to work on, both in terms of
mental
health
and the rest of life. I'm struggling with functioning and can't get therapy. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.

I’m finally in a better place -medication wise,
health
wise,
mental
health
wise, but I fear it’s too late. I’m scared he won’t give me a chance to work on loving myself so that I can show him the love he needs and deserves.

Excuses
In a place where
mental
health
is not taken seriously...and if you're going through a phase then society calls you lazy...and if you bring your problems to them they tell you it's just excuses. God...what has happened to everyone

Knocked Down Again
So well with maintaining my
mental
health
, and then my parents just triggered old trauma and I am back to square one. I hate having to put on a face when I am with them. And I hate feeling this numb.

IBS and anxiety!
Does anyone else experience this as any research into managing or talking about IBS never really mentions about any
mental
health
problems that could crop. Thank you in advance to anyone who is kind enough to share their thoughts and experiences.

I enjoy weight training a lot for
mental
health
and to keep my strength but I also don't want to overdo it either. During the long days I find that just carrying weights and listening to music can help with the mental management of the disease.

(Sensitive) I find my
mental
health
hard to manage. We have been struggling too much in TTC and only disappointment after disappointment. I try hard but find it hard to have hope. I am already having therapy, but so far I don't feel much different.
