Meningioma diagnoses
My GP called me today about my MRI results and I have been told they think it’s a
Meningioma
tumour in my frontal lobe. Didn’t even ask the size as was in shock. But my only symptom is Pulsatile tinnitus.

can’t take it all in
diagnosed with
meningioma
in October 2022. It’s pressing on my brain stem. Suggested by registrar to possibly monitor for a year, but if I really want it out sooner to contact him. My diagnosis came from having trigenimal neuralgia. Being treated with gabapentin for pain.

Anti Seizure Medicine after brain meningioma surgery
Hi Everybody, What anti seizure medicine has everyone had luck with not having any side effects? I’m on Levetiracetam 500mg twice a day and am having heartburn, digestional issues, and trouble swallowing. I’m allergic to PPI’s and Pepcid. I was hoping the doctor would wean me off this medicine soon.

Flight attendant with Meningioma
I've been diagnosed with a small benign
meningioma
which has given me no symptoms until now and was found by chance whilst doing a ct scan during breast cancer. I work as a flight attendant and have been off from work due to the breast cancer diagnosis/treatment.

Cognitive Fatigue
I had a right parietal benign
meningioma
removed at the end of June of this year. It was discovered after my wife took me to the emergency room for mental confusion. Physical recovery went slowly but well. Physically I am feeling great, back to long walks and playing with my GrandDaughter.

hi, my husband has just been diagnosed with a
meningioma
in the frontal lobe after going to A & E with a terrible headache. They say it is slow growing and has probably been there for around 10 years! It’s been a complete shock for us.

Tectal Plate lesion
I was referred to a neurosurgeon who looked more closely at the MRI and found another lesion - a
meningioma
on my Optic Nerve. In addition to the Optic Nerve lesion i was also diagnosed with 6th Nerve Palsy which makes my double vision worse.
