Safe BP Drugs?
Hello, I was on Lisinopril for 7 years prior to a RP in 2020. After the surgery my BP was normal for 1 1/2 years! and now is on the high side again in the 140s. Yesterday I was at the doctors office and it was 188/90. I really don’t want to go back on medication, but maybe I have no choice? My question

Oncology ENT referral
At the end of June (25th) I started to have terrible ear ache. I tested positive for covid a couple of days later. As soon as I was negative, I went to the doctor. My ear canal was incredibly swollen. I got an antibiotic and anti fungal ear spray. It didn’t go away so I got another course of the spray

Has anyone tried Red Sage?
Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone had tried red sage? I think it’s often used in Chinese herbal medicine. I read a scientific study that says it helps raise iron levels in the brain, but can’t find out much about it and am wary of taking too much or any interactions etc. I’d be very grateful

Resveratrol Revisited. For Gut Microbiome.

Red mark on breast
HI all, I'm 31 yo female. I breastfeed my 18 month old. About a month ago, I noticed a red patch on my breast. It wasn't itching or bothering me at all, I just noticed it while breastfeeding. it's been about a month and the mark has definitely gotten smaller, but no amount of hydrocortisone, antifungal

On Benapali. Fungal infection treatment advice needed.
I’m on Benapali for 6 months and my RA is under control. However I have developed some mild fungal infections; Ringworm on Face, fungal infection on toenails, and start of athletes foot. Has anyone had more than 1 of these infections simultaneously and if so how were they treated ? Currently I’m treating

ADHD medication breaks - is this normal?
My six year old son is on
Medikinet
XL 10mg for ADHD which does appear to help him. Side effects on the drug are mild and manageable. However, if we do not give him a dose the following happens. On the day that he does not have a dose, he behaves as if he is still medicated.
