i have the same problem since 4 months, redness and color changing in my penis shaft with a little bit itchiness ( sometime), it will come and goes , I treated it with hydrocortisone , antifungal and tacrolimus ointment cream but not healing permanently.

the picture uploaded for spot infected. Any ideas could help?

Hello 👋

If you are still having issues after 4 months of using OTC medicine I would advice to see a medical professional because there are other skin conditions that can mimic those symptoms. In the mean time make sure you're constantly keeping it dry and use antifungal powder for comfort. Daily showers if able to. Hopes this help and sorry that you have to deal with that.
