sleep issues
anyone struggling with sleep I would suggest lavender oil, lavender balm and quiet night herbal tablet. I have struggled with sleep for months and tried these all together and they work wonders. I get a full night sleep and don’t wake up during the night constantly. If anyone wants any more info message

I have 'moderate' CFSME/Fibromyalgia. I was diagnosed around ten years ago. I am also predisposed to familial clinical depression and have had that on and off since I was a teenager. I've tried many SSRIs over the years but whilst they were okay, I never felt like myself. I'm usually a glass

Turmeric Curcumin: BCM-95 or Meriva - Maybe Neither
I switched my Turmeric to BCM-95 some years ago. I had read an article “researchers believe that the ar-turmerone derivatives... can be used as new therapeutic agents for Parkinson’s disease (a). The search was on to find a supplement with turmerone. I found BCM-95 had some essential oils in it. I asked

I am in the throws of reading Chris van Tulleken's book Ultra-Processed People. It has been an eye opener. Not that one hasn't been aware of the harms of processed food but perhaps one has been unaware at how extensive it is and also how seemingly malicious for corporate gain? What does come out is

Blood Test for vits (and thyroid)
Hello all. Following advice from SlowDragon, got GP to agree to Vit testing as T3 low and as SlowDragon though they would, they drew blood for Thyroid levels , too! Must say here, too, after GPS lowered my Levo, because I had too many hypo symptoms return, I upped the dose from 175 to 200 as on 200

Vitamin A - retinol.
Dr. John Campbell posted a video about how low vitamin A (retinol) levels predispose a person to experience pneumonia from the Mycoplasm pneumoniae which is currently at near epidemic levels among children in northern China. No surprise here to be honest considering the severe lockdowns. Children have

Evening primrose oil
Hi all I had an appointment with my consultant a few weeks back after my surgery and having the coil fitted. I explained that one of the main issues I was having was severe breast pain. They were literally like rocks and extremely painful, to the point where it would wake me up at night. My consultant

Biotin
Hi please can you tell me how much biotin would affect blood test results. I am waiting for a doctors appointment , they have told me it will be between 2 and 4 weeks, but could be sooner. I am currently taking B complex supplement which contains biotin. I know the guideline is don't take for 7 days.

Has anyone found Mebeverine/Buscopan helpful?
Following a Laparoscopy, it is highly likely that I have Adenomyosis. One of the hardest symptoms is the uncomfortable bowel issues. I get bloating and constipation. I am wondering if it is worth trying Mebeverine or Buscopan. I've tried dietary and peppermint oil but neither really helped.Thank you

Advice on medication
Over the last couple of weeks I have had pains in my stomach and for longer than that regular bladder problems. Always feeling I need to go to the toilet. I am on 3.5 mg of prednisolone and am wondering if it has anything to do with the other pills I am taking each day. 1 -20 mg omeprazole, 1 - 1000

Hello, I've recently been making efforts to free my home as far as possible from environmental toxins in preparation for my next round of IVF, the book 'It starts with the egg' recommends not using plastics with BPA etc and also using fragrance free products like hand soap etc, I ordered alot of products

Does anyone on similar meds to me for RA have Irritable Bowel Syndrome?
I've been on rituximab and Lefludomide for about ten years and all is reasonably stable. However over about five years I've developed IBS symptoms - wont repeat them here. They do limit what I can do and wonder if anyone else has suffered from them. I'm not convinced the meds are to blame incidentally

Ropinirole, Pramipexole and etc
Hi community, It's been years since I last wrote here as my RLS is quite mild. Few years ago it was quite under control even mild episodes. I used to take 0.25mg of Ropinirole (Adartel) in case of episode and it would work very well. I moved from London to Finland few years ago, and last year I started
