Tachycardia, missed beats, anti arrhythmics.. and no relief
A carotid
massage
helped abort the episode. Has anyone had sinus node modification or ablation? How did it help the low hr? Did it lead to a pacemaker? Thanks in advance for all the answers..

My first 30 minute run
Nearly didn't go out this morning, as I felt so tired and I had a
massage
yesterday and my back feels bruised today. However I thought about my schedule and checked the weather forecast for tomorrow and decided I better just go for it!

Sometimes I take up to 4 hot baths a day, stretch &
massage

Nerve pain left leg 24/7
Contrary, i had increased pain. i tried everying under the sun including pt, acupuncture, yoga, swiming,
massage
, etc. nothing worked. 7 months later, i had minimally invasive left sided latroscopy to remove pieces of disk to aim to relieve pinched nerve. It did not work. Pain increaed.

The Mystery of the Knees: Solved!
Thankfully some prodding with electrodes and deep tissue leg
massage
has done wonders. I’ll be back to C25K tomorrow morning! I really can’t wait!

Reset!
So, I found a
massage
therapist. She said ‘I just do my
massage
- not sports
massage
or any of that other stuff’ 🤷♀️ so, I said ‘okay, then’. Still told her my story of winge and regret. Next day : magic.

Arrhythmia without a label yet
Sometimes, a carotid
massage
helps terminate a nasty run of tachy. The Brady lasts for days though. I am scared to opt for sinus node modification or ablation as that will most probably lead to a pacemaker. (At 34!) All blood tests are perfectly normal. Is there no way to cure this without risk?

Week 2 of the 10k plan: 3k (UNDER 21 minutes!!)
I had my first
massage
this morning, and it was incredible. My whole body feels like a new woman! Had a healthy lunch of a falafel salad wrap and headed to the gym (maybe a bit too soon after eating!)

Gait analysis ✅ New shoes ✅
Had a wonderful sports
massage
this morning - not the most pleasant of massages, but necessary. Few more days resting the old leg, then off the IC and out into the cold, can't wait😳.

Very Bad Day
I'm a
Massage
Therapist. I've been doing this for 13 years. I'm presently going to school for my Masters of Science in Counseling for Mental Health Counseling, and I love it! I feel like I'm worthless for not going to work, but I didn't feel safe to drive, or that I would benefit my clients.
