Trimbo 172 inhaler upper back muscle pain
I’m not sure if this is a side effect but since starting it I have had upper back muscle area pain around my shoulder blades , it’s the type of pain that you feel the muscles are tight and need a good
massage
but it’s driving me insane as it’s all day . Has anyone experienced this in there backs ?

Indian Head Massage
I've got Cerebellar Ataxia and would like to ask has anyone tried Indian Head
Massage
and/or shoulders and neck
massage
? I suppose I'm a little bit apprehensive that it will be ok and not hurt and that I would need to explain about my Ataxia.

Has anyone tried Seratame?
Massage
isn't working. I cannot stand clothing touching my skin. So when desperate, I google RLS and see if anyone has come up with a magical solution yet. This time, I ran into an article on Seratame which I include because some of it seems to make sense.

Update - prednisone taper and Covid Booster
When I went to a GP within a week of getting these symptoms back in January 2021, they ruled out having a tumour and other such things and said to go to a
massage
therapist.

Constant Pain
I have various gadgets,
massage
cushions, TENS machines, foam rollers, hot water bottles - you name it. They may give some relief but only in the short term.

Wearable heat pads - not disposable?
I want a wearable one (with
massage
would be brilliant) but there are so many mixed reviews online so would be really grateful for recommendations. I also would prefer not to use disposable ones due to cost/environment. Thanks so much xxx

Advice on RLS as a reaction to medication?
I’ve been managing this and resulting insomnia with sleeping medication, hot baths, compression socks, tens/
massage
tools etc. I’ve started taking additional magnesium as well. Apparently my ferritin levels are fine according to a recent blood test.

Good hair day
I'm giving the scalp a gentle
massage
every day. I'm beginning to think the impact of poorer circulation due to persistent Afib was a factor as much as anticoagulants. 2. I'm not washing my hair more than twice a week and only using the dryer on a low heat. 3.

Scrotal skin after circumcision
When I say itch, the kind that drives you mad and when you touch it with anything (finger, towel etc), your brain forces you to scratch and
massage
. This causes the skin to go red and if really bad, weep as well.

Vent- Fed up roll on tomorrow.
Roll on 10pm, pills, hot shower,
massage
chair and hopefully sleep. (If I fall asleep on the
massage
chair I'm bloody staying there, I'm not setting an alarm to wake me up just so I can move to bed and suddenly be wide awake.) Tomorrow has to be better right? Sorry for the vent.

Burning pain to side of scapular post several breast ops - anyone have this too?
I have a lot of lumps and spasmed areas anyway, all over my body due to connective tissue disease, sjogrens, inflammatory arthritis etc, so am having a lot of
massage
and acupuncture but this really isn't helping, neither has increase in codeine, on top of my usual paracetamol and pregabalin.

Prostrap & dry eye
In having to cleanse my eyelids, hot flannel
massage
, eye rinse, and drops and then eyelid cream multiple times a day and it’s really getting me down. People are noticing and commenting and the symptoms are barely improving with all the eye care and drops I’ve been doing for weeks.
