I’m trying to figure out if the IM b12 injections are starting to cause this pain I feel on both sides of my body … areas as specified above.
I also SI in my leg muscle. I have a system to work around the four areas of my body.
I have autoimmune PA so I need to figure this out. Maybe I need to increase strength in those muscles or massage the area after each injection. Are my muscles possibly starting to atrophy? Or maybe I’m damaging surrounding connective tissue.
Any suggestions and/or information would be greatly appreciated.

Try subcutaneous as well? So in adipose tissue vs muscle tissue. Is the amount and rate of b12 absorbed differently depending on which tissue injected into?
In my experience sc goes in more slowly but just as effective .So not as well but instead of IM at times to give your muscles a break as it only needs to go into the subcutaneous fat .
2" away from belly button of hips of upper thighs .
