Exercise and infertility
Hi everyone, The arrival of another period has sent me into another frenzy of Googling and questioning absolutely everything I'm doing. My period was a couple of days late and stupidly allowed myself to hope that it had finally happened 😞 So this mornings panic is - am I doing too much exercise,

ubiquinone vs ubiquinol
I have just realised my Coq10 I’ve been taking for three months is ubiquinone form. I just thought I was taking ubiquinol 😫 Been doing 300mg twice a day. I’m worried I’ve missed a trick now. I’ve ordered some ubiquinol now but I’m starting downreg in about three weeks. Thoughts please lovely people

**sensitive** BFN - Is it me?!
Having difficulty processing and accepting the BFN, IVF has been our journey through
male
factor
infertility
and I’m feeling like after all the hurdles to get to where we are, my body has failed our little embryo as I feel we “ticked” all the other boxes and it wasn’t successful.

Sperm defragmentation testing and PICSI
We have
male
factor
infertility
. The private Dr brought up doing a sperm defragmentation test and moving forward with PICSI. The NHS Dr indicated that this was not necessary and that if we moved to private to only do PGTA testing on the embryos.

Success stories/advice after multiple miscarriages
This miscarriage hurts as we tested our embryos this time around so it should be a normal embryo, we had PIMSI to support with
male
factor
infertility
and high DNA fragmentation, I had IVIG and have been taking prednisolene as I have elevated cytokines. This was our 5th transfer.

Post ectopic pregnancy
Hello, new here. Just wondering if anyone else had trouble conceiving after having a salpingectomy? And how long it took post surgery to conceive again? Im 36 and have only had one pregnancy in a year and a half of trying, it was unfortunately ectopic. Not sure if we should keep trying or go to our GP

*sensitive for some* Starting IVF again after IVF miscarriage
It was our 5th and final embryo from a first round of ICSI due to severe
male

infertility
(Azoospermia). We're very lucky to have a second funded round on the NHS and consultant has booked us in to start stimulation around 20th May.

Period took 7 months to return after coming off pill, and now too light?
My partner and I are about to start IVF, due to
male
factor
infertility
, but I can’t help worry that my light periods will play into a thin lining and hinder a successful implantation. Any similar experience or insight from anyone? Thanks!

DHEA max levels & info from my clinic
So I have googled a lot of the posts in this forum on DHEA and it seems to be the general consensus that DHEA is worth taking (I have been taking it) but that when it gets too high it can intefere with egg quality, which is a concern. Why can't I decide? Out of my mind.
I have always been on the fence about whether children were for me. When I was 35 I decided to get fertility testing, just to see the results. I was diagnosed with a low ovarian reserve. Doctors recommended IVF/donor eggs if I ever wished to get pregnant, but still no guarantees. Shortly after these

Hi everyone, I am feeling completely overwhelmed and stressed with all of the information online and really don’t know where to start. I have PCOS and have been diagnosed since I was around 16 (I’m now 26) however have only really started to understand it over the last few years as my GP really brushes
