Male infertility

My partner is dead against it as he thinks the risk of male infertility in the child is too much of a risk. I'm not sure why he thinks this though as there's not much research from what I've seen. He has a daughter with autism so he's very anxious about genetic malformations too.

Hello all,My partner and I started our journey because of male infertility. We have had 2 egg collections and now have 2 embryos in the freezer after an early miscarriage in August. We are hoping to do our FET in February.

Hello, we’ve been referred by our gp to a clinic in Lincoln for IUI because of male infertility. I’ve read on the NHS website that they only do IUI for certain BMI ranges. I’m just in the “overweight” range.

For those who’ve tested positive for Antiphospholipid antibodies (I’ve had two samples 12 weeks apart with raised IgM cardiolipin), what dose of clexane/inhixa/enoxaparin were you prescribed? Hello, is there anyone here that has conceived with undergoing micro TESE surgery and ICSI or naturally with non obstructive azoospermia? Can micro TESE surgery be repeated for another round of ICSI? Is there any supplements or cure that can help with that? Any recommendations will be much appreciated

My issue is, since my husband received the news about the male infertility issues, he won't touch me. There has been little to no sex. He has confided in saying he doesn't feel like himself with this news, he feels like a failure and that his body doesn't work.

Since the egg collection, I have been researching ICSI and I'm slightly concerned about the risks/research... increased chance of miscarriage, egg damage, learning difficulties, inheriting male infertility etc!

What I’m a bit confused about is beyond basic sperm analysis there’s been no additional explorations to find out the cause - no physical examination or anything… Has anyone had any experience of explorations into male infertility on the nhs? What do we need to ask (or push) for? Thanks

We have male factor infertility and are having IVF with ICSI. I only had 7 follicles at first scan and egg collection - (7 collected, 6 mature/injected, 5 fertilised, 4 top grade embryos at Day 3, 1 good/2 average blastocysts at Day 5).
