Hello, we’ve been referred by our gp to a clinic in Lincoln for IUI because of male infertility. I’ve read on the NHS website that they only do IUI for certain BMI ranges. I’m just in the “overweight” range.

Hello, is there anyone here that has conceived with undergoing micro TESE surgery and ICSI or naturally with non obstructive azoospermia? Can micro TESE surgery be repeated for another round of ICSI? Is there any supplements or cure that can help with that? Any recommendations will be much appreciated

My issue is, since my husband received the news about the male infertility issues, he won't touch me. There has been little to no sex. He has confided in saying he doesn't feel like himself with this news, he feels like a failure and that his body doesn't work.

Hi, this is my first cycle of IVF/ICSI due to male factor infertility. I went for my day 5 scan and my follicles are still very small. I started nasal spray for down regulation day 21 of cycle and stims with gonal f on 12th July (225IU) Has anyone any experience in this? Thanks!

Since the egg collection, I have been researching ICSI and I'm slightly concerned about the risks/research... increased chance of miscarriage, egg damage, learning difficulties, inheriting male infertility etc!

For those who’ve tested positive for Antiphospholipid antibodies (I’ve had two samples 12 weeks apart with raised IgM cardiolipin), what dose of clexane/inhixa/enoxaparin were you prescribed? My new clinic seem to be keen on 20mg but my old clinic only used 20mg when it was empirical (best guess) treatment

What I’m a bit confused about is beyond basic sperm analysis there’s been no additional explorations to find out the cause - no physical examination or anything… Has anyone had any experience of explorations into male infertility on the nhs? What do we need to ask (or push) for? Thanks

I’d love to hear stories from people about their journey with male infertility and at what stage they would suggest to use donor sperm. At his last sperm analysis my partners sperm count was 1.3million per ml with poor motility and morphology too.

We have male factor infertility but I guess I’m worrying that maybe there is something else going on with me we don’t know about. If people don’t mind sharing, how many transfers did you do before your BFP or baby? Any tips for staying sane when everyone else is having babies?
